Description
The Black Forest Cake is a more exotic Celebration Cake using our delicious chocolate sponge recipe perfected over many years! After the baking of this delicate cake, the chocolate sponge is cut into 3 layers. Two of the layers are sprinkled with a very yummy rum syrup. We then apply our light and fluffy fresh cream which is then accompanied by a delectable dark cherry filling. After cooling, we finish the cake with fresh cream, dark chocolate sprinkles and decorated shells or whirls around the outer border all of which has an accompanying greeting of your choice.
