Welcome to Walsh’s Bakery

WE ARE RE-OPENING!

Join us on Thursday, July 2nd as we reopen our doors to our coffee shop. We will continue to operate as a self-service restaurant but there will be some changes. There will be floor markings to separate people as they queue, customers will be asked for their name and number to facilitate contact tracing and the number of people in the shop will be monitored at all times. If you would like something to take away and would prefer not to wait, don’t hesitate to call us and place an order which we can deliver to you outside.

Thank you to all our customers for their continued support and we would like to thank you in advance for your help and patience as we try to get used to the new business operations.

Walsh’s Bakery was founded in 1953 by Tom Walsh. He married his wife, Una, soon thereafter. Their seven children grew up helping in the bakery and shop. The Walsh family baking tradition is now carried on by their son, Cathal, with his wife, Joan, and daughter, Róisín.
